Spiritual Pocket Guide: Zine Workshop
We wake up and forget that we want to be [insert a quality of your enlightened self]. Sometimes we need a reminder!
Join Yisel in an evening of spiritual zine making and sharing. Yisel will share a brief Zines 101 and then guide you through the process of making your own “pocket guide” zine. We’ll have time to put our personal spiritual manifesto into words and then create pocket guides to help us put these wishes into practice throughout the day. Enjoy a drink from the cafe while you practice the art of self-expression. We’ll end by making copies of our zines to share with our peers. (Zines are meant to be shared!)
We’ll provide examples and everything you need. No experience required! Just bring your biggest wish, or your idea of a perfect day.
Participants will receive:
Materials for zine making: art supplies, a worksheet, and inspiration
Complimentary drink from the café

Spiritual Relationships: How to Be Hot, Single & Spiritual at the Same Time
Dating is the gross disappointing part of your life that you have to endure until you find "the one" and then just hang out with them until you die. But that doesn't have to be true. Tibetan Buddhism approaches romantic relationships (and everything else for that matter) as an extremely sacred opportunity. And there's a way to train your mind so that dating, even without finding anyone you like at all, can be a profound spiritual practice that opens your heart to love. Join Rachel, a practitioner and meditation teacher, in a discussion on how dating can be a fulfilling spiritual practice, even if you don't find "the one."
*How to view the people you date, from a first date to the last one
*Whether or not they’re “the one”
*When to make a casual relationship a committed one
*How to work with attachment styles (yours and theirs)
*How to make casual encounters spiritual
*How to relate with ghosting and being rejected

Spiritual Relationships: How to Want to Worship Your Partner
No one taught you how to love, and sometimes it seems like we end up in relationships by accident or we realize we've been unhappy or going around in the same cycles month after month, year after year. But Tibetan Buddhism approaches romantic relationships (and everything else for that matter) as extremely sacred. Join Sachi and John-Chris, Buddhist practitioners who have been happily in relationship for 13 years in a teaching on how to apply Buddhist practices that not only cultivate sacredness, connection and joy within partnerships, but also teach us how to address problems and disappointments.
You'll learn:
*How to manage problems & conflicts in a relationship using Buddhist principles
*How to use Buddhist practices to create healthy & fulfilling patterns in relationship
*How to relate with conflict in relationship
*How to know when to break-up
*How to transform a normal relationship into a spiritual practice, even if your partner isn’t spiritual!

Subtle Body Sound: Yoga and Live Music with Chrissy Ionno & Michael Hewett
We are energetic vibratory beings; embodied rivers of sacred sound and music is the purest language to activate the spirit and bring the full power of emotion through our hearts. Join Christina Ionno in a curated yogic dance of pleasure accompanied by Michael Hewett playing original songs on guitar to inspire divine play.
In this 90-minute asana class the music serve as a conduit to the muse, striking the chords of the subtle body and awakening the senses so that we may fully savor the present moment.
The power of the muse is dependent on the presence of the listener. We will begin class with a nada yoga meditation to attune our awareness, attention, and prime ourselves for deep inner listening. Proceeds support Three Jewel’s End-of-Year Fundraiser.

We’re living in a time where “I’m so busy” has become a badge of honor, and people are socially competing to see who got the least amount of sleep last night. Join meditation expert Hector Marcel as he breaks down how sleep and rest are super-fuel for spiritual practice and a powerful sense of being.

Breaking the Cycle with Hector Marcel
Picture this: it's election night and you have no nails left to bite. What if instead of obsessively refreshing the news - you pause, turn your phone off, and examine your perspective?
