Retreats

For centuries, meditators have used silence and isolation for deep subconscious change. Our guided group retreats are tech-free and use community connection in silence to create a fun and transformative experience.

Three Jewels teachers have months of personal silent retreat experience, and years of guiding others into group experiences that can prepare them for deeper solo exploration, or simply a transformative week away from home.

Atmosphere

🌴 Reconnect with nature. Retreats are in destination locations away from major cities, immersed in mountainscapes, forests or private beaches.

📡 Disconnect from the internet, email, cellphone and all responsibilities to focus deeply on yourself. 

🦗 It’s refreshing to retreatants to give up the need to talk in order to connect. There is a gradual moving into and out of silence.

Practice

🧘 Guided meditation 3x a day, and solo practice once a day. Beginner meditators welcome!

🎶 Students learn how to use mantra, concentrated speech, to concentrate on what is truly important.

🧘 Yoga is beginner-friendly and is offered 2x a day. The second practice is optional.

Self-Care

🥗 Nourishing meals are all prepared for you. Meals are locally sourced and vegetarian, vegan and GF friendly.

💤 There is time to take naps and catch up on sleep from a busy lifestyle.

🧖‍♂️ Massage, sauna and spa amenities are often available at retreat locations.

🏄 Swimming, hiking or exploration trips are available at each location to reconnect after retreat.
