The Sacred Matrix

with Rachel Webb

Thursdays 7:30-9:30p

June 26- August 14, 2025

IRL OR VIRTUAL

Buddhism teaches that our experience of both our inner and outer worlds is shaped by our repetitive thoughts, words, and actions. After achieving the state of total liberation, the Buddha compiled a list of thoughts, actions, and words that, when practiced correctly, would lead to Enlightenment. As a commitment to their own happiness, his followers made sacred vows to engage only in activities that cultivated true bliss. Study this list so you can apply it in your own life.

This course counts for completion of ACI 7.
