This deep listening experience uses reiki, guided meditation and a variety of overtone-rich instruments to help you effortlessly develop gentle focus, while science-backed breathing and toning techniques stimulate the vagus nerve and help soothe the nervous system. Achieve total relaxation of the mind and body to best integrate insight and allow your awareness to unfold and open to the endless potential already within you.
Fascia Yoga
Repattern your tissue to repattern your thoughts. Fascia is the crystalline mesh that surrounds and supports the muscles, bones, organs, and other tissues of the body. To floss the fascia is to engage while you elongate the tissue. It doesn't take long for tissue to transform from stiff and plastic to conductive and elastic. As for your mind? The intuitive nature of fascia flossing invites curiosity and playfulness where it matters most: your thought patterns. The hour will fly by, and you'll feel like you've had a workout, massage, and moving meditation all at once.

This might be the perfect practice to close the week and prepare you for the weekend. What else could you ask for than to restore on a cozy Friday evening?
Spiritual Reset
Traditional Tibetan Buddhist Masters spend time resting their mind and their promises every two weeks. This workshop will provide you with the chance to let go of the states of mind that have been holding you back, and amplify the states of mind that will uplift you. The workshop will consist of a Goals Meditation, short journaling exercise, and transforming problematic thoughts, memories, behaviors, and traits into positive traits that serve us on our spiritual journey.
Subtle Body Sound Yoga and Live Music
We are energetic vibratory beings; embodied
rivers of sacred sound and music is the purest language to activate the spirit and bring the full power of emotion through our hearts. Join Christina Ionno in a curated yogic dance of pleasure accompanied by Michael Hewett playing original songs on guitar to inspire divine play.
In this 90-minute asana class the music will serve as a conduit to the muse, striking the cords of the subtle body and awakening the senses so that we may fully savor the present moment.
The power of the muse is dependent on the presence of the listener. We will begin class with a nada yoga meditation to attune our awareness, attention and prime ourselves for deep inner listening.
